Position: Construction Helper / General Laborer

Job Description
We are looking for motivated and hardworking Construction Helpers / General Laborers to join a professional construction team in Latvia.
The selected candidates will support daily construction site operations, prepare tools and equipment, assist skilled workers, and perform general labor tasks. Work may take place at different project locations across Latvia, including outside Riga.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform general support and labor work on construction sites
- Assist with daily site activities
- Prepare and handle tools and equipment
- Work with power tools
- Support construction teams and maintain workplace organization
- Follow safety procedures and site instructions
Requirements:
- Good physical condition and ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work at locations outside Riga
- Responsible and motivated attitude toward work
- Previous construction experience is considered an advantage
- Willingness to learn and improve professional skills
